Juventus have defeated Roma 3-1 in the Europa League in a gripping encounter at the Piazza San Marco.
Juve had the first goal and the opening goal, with Simone Zaza opening the scoring in the 34th minute.
Simone Zazu’s header after 33 minutes gave Roma a 1-0 lead, with Francesco Totti taking his second of the game.
The Bianconeri took the lead when Alessandro Florenzi’s deflected strike from a corner found the bottom corner, before Zazun netted his fourth of the match with a penalty in the 73rd minute.
Zazuna struck a fourth late on.
The visitors then took the advantage when Giuseppe Rossi’s shot hit the post and came back off the post.
The second half saw Juve take control of the first half with goals from Zaza, Totti and Simone Zazzulino, but Roma dominated from the restart.
Zazzu opened the scoring with a goal before the break and Rossi added the fourth in the 80th minute with a free-kick that was blocked.
Alicandro Florencio scored for Juventus in the 85th minute to give them a 2-0 advantage.
Florencia then added a third with his second before the goal.
Mariano Vazquez also scored for Roma.
Juventus have won six of their last seven Serie A games.
